The well-known car maintenance and repair company MELGA was looking for a partner to find a conveniently located llot of suitable size in Pilaitė and erect a building that could house an auto repair shop, tire installation centre, and auto parts shop.

Project completion and results
MELGA’s new auto shop was built in ideal premises located in the desired part of Vilnius. KENOVA took care of the project development, from purchasing land to managing construction and finances. A 15-month lease was signed with the client.
