Construction of the 'L34' business center has begun in Vilnius.

Kenova has begun construction of the boutique-style ‘L34’ business center (www.l34.lt) in the Žvėrynas microdistrict of Vilnius. The three-story, 2,300 sq. m. building will be located in a picturesque area near the intersection of Lenktosios and Kęstučio streets.

The business center, which is set to open its doors by the end of 2025, was designed by the architecture studio ‘aketuri.’ The total investment value amounts to EUR 8.2 million, with EUR 4.6 million secured through a green loan from Swedbank Lithuania.

Currently, more than 60% of the project’s space has already been leased.
